XenoGuard Paint Protection Film Warranty Terms and Conditions

Limited Warranty Coverage: XenoGuard, the manufacturer of XenoGuard Paint Protection Film, warrants that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period given on product model from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers the XenoGuard Paint Protection Film against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and bubbling when properly installed and maintained according to the provided installation instructions. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or any alterations to the product.

Claims Process: In the event of a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase along with clear photographs of the affected area to the authorized XenoGuard dealer or distributor. XenoGuard reserves the right to inspect the product before determining the validity of the claim.

Remedies: If the XenoGuard Paint Protection Film is found to be defective within the warranty period, XenoGuard will, at its discretion, either replace the defective product.  XenoGuard is not responsible for any installation or removal costs incurred during the warranty process.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages to the underlying vehicle surface or any other components not covered by the XenoGuard Paint Protection Film. It also does not cover damages caused by environmental factors, including but not limited to, bird droppings, tree sap, industrial fallout, and harsh chemicals.

Limitation of Liability: XenoGuard’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective product as outlined in the Remedies section. XenoGuard is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its products.

Modifications to Warranty: XenoGuard reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time. Any modifications will be effective for products purchased after the date of the modification.

Governing Law: This warranty is governed by the laws of [insert applicable jurisdiction], and any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.

By purchasing and installing XenoGuard Paint Protection Film, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
